CoffeeShop "Square Mood Boards #5" Photo Template Set!

Happy Summer! Sorry I have been MIA, I have been busy trying to finish the homeschool year with the boys and working part-time at my husband's business. Luke is a senior in high school and just has to finish calculus and Isaac is still working on chemistry, but they are both almost done! We also went to the beach two weekends ago which was absolutely wonderful. The beach is my happy place.

I hope your summer is going great!

Today I wanted to post a new square mood storyboard set. This set has clipping masks, so just add your images using the clipping masks (with the free action included in the download). To grab colors from your images, double-click on each "mood" square to open up the color picker and then click on a color in your image to grab it. This is a great way to get an inspired color palette. You can print or post these photo storyboards.

It is finally Friday! Today I wanted to share a new set of square Photoshop/PSE storyboard. These photo templates can be printed or posted on the web and have clipping masks to add your images. You can easily change the background and frame color.

To add colors to the color mood strips, double-click on each "mood color strip" layer which automatically selects the eye dropper tool. Then click on any image in your template to "grab" that color. This is a great way to get color inspiration from photos.

CoffeeShop "Minimal Circles" Photoshop/PSE Photo Template Set!

This weekend I made a new set of square Photoshop/PSE templates with a minimal circle theme. They come with clipping masks so you can easily add your images. You can remove the decorative lines or adjust their color to taste and add paper or a different color to the background. These boards can be posted on social media and are high enough resolution to be printed.

I even included a little Photoshop/PSE loading action so you can add photos to these storyboards as fast as any phone app.

CoffeeShop "My Valentine" Photoshop/PSE Photo Template!

Happy Friday! Today for the first time in over a week we see the sun. It is cold but beautiful out there, so we hope to play some pickleball (stupid name, great sport) after lunch. Hoping we can get a court, we only have two in our town and apparently everyone and their grandmother plays pickle-ball. Have you fallen into the pickle-ball-craze yet?

Today I have a new Photoshop/PSE photo template to share with you. You can add single photos or digital papers to each letter using the clipping masks, or turn on the "Valentine" layer and add one photo or paper to cover the entire thing. This is a high-resolution storyboard so you can print it as well as post it on the web.

I used the font "Beth Ellen" for "You are my". What a great free font, I love it!

CoffeeShop "Vintage Valentines" Frame and Card Set!

I found these gorgeous valentines, so I cleaned them up in Photoshop to share with you. I also made each one into a pretty vintage photo frame, simply drag your image under the frame layer. These frames are large resolution so can be printed for scrapbooks or posted on the web. They also come with free commercial TOU, so feel free to use them in any of your designs.

Check out all of my other Valentine freebies.

I had some requests to start designing some papers that can be used in more masculine designs and I am already on it. Camping, fishing, hiking, flannel, etc. If you have any design suggestions please leave a comment. I love when you give me some ideas!

CoffeeShop "Love You To The Moon" Photoshop/PSE Photo Template

I am having so much fun creating Valentine photo storyboards to share with you. I am not a huge flowers/chocolate Valentine's Day kind of gal, but I welcome any holiday that makes you reflect on those in your life that you love. And who hasn't told their loved ones (people and pets) that you loved them "to the moon and back." I think many of us are guilty of using that sweet phrase.

This set of Photoshop/PSE templates have clipping masks to make loading your images so much easier. The text is not editable, but you can change its color by clipping a Solid Color adjustment on top or you can turn off that layer and add your own text. The heart is adjustable, both size and color. The templates are 5x7 so they can be printed for the wall, greeting cards, or posted on the web.

CoffeeShop "Heart Pieces" Photoshop/PSE Photo Template!

I wanted to mention that I have a email subscription button in my upper right corner of this blog. If you want to get occasional email updates of my newest posted freebies, please sign up!

Valentine's Day is getting close so I wanted to post a few new storyboards that I designed with that holiday in mind. This heart storyboard has clipping masks, making it simple to add your images in Photoshop/PSE. This photo template can be printed or posted on the web. Feel free to add photos or pretty papers/designs to create your own custom art!

I also included a free little action called "Load It" to make it go even faster. Just click-to-select one of the clipping masks, start the action, and it will prompt you to open your image and then it will place it on top. Resize the image to fit and then click Enter/Return and repeat to add additional images to the template.

I am working on some papers and textures but they aren't finished. However, I found this really nice photo storyboard set I made a few weeks ago and forgot to share. These PSD templates work in Photoshop or PSE, and can be printed or posted on the web.

CoffeeShop "Square Mood" Photo Storyboard Set!

We made it to Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week.

I have added a subscribe by email link to my side column for those of you that want to get a weekly email with my most recent freebie posts. I originally was using Feedburner, but that is not supported by my site anymore, so if you subscribed before this week you will have to do it once again. I really appreciate all of my subscribers!

I wanted to share this new Photoshop/PSE mood storyboard set I made this morning. This set is perfect when you want to create a custom color palette or highlight your favorite colors in an image. I really love fall colors, so I find myself using these templates quite often this time of year.

Easily add your images using the clipping masks. And to select colors from your images in the circles, just double-click each circle and then click on a color in one of your images to grab it.

These storyboards can be printed or posted on social media. Note: If you want to make them bigger, resize BEFORE loading your images.

A special thanks to Jill Wellington (Etsy Shop, Facebook, Blog, YouTube Videos, Pixabay) for allowing me to use her stunning images in my example storyboard!

CoffeeShop "Falling Leaves" Photo Templates for Print or Web!

Today is the first day of fall, and what better way to celebrate it here on my blog then posting a new set of Photoshop/PSE fall leaves storyboards.

These storyboards are layered PSD files with clipping masks, so it is really easy to add your images. You don't have to use photos in them, you can also use digital papers. And they are big enough to print or you can post them on the web.

In this example I used images from Jill Ellington and papers from my Morris in Orange set. Love these baby photos so much. And using the orange papers as frames really added some interest.

CoffeeShop "Angelique" Photo Template/WebBoard!

I have so many new photo templates that I need to post and naming them all is impossible. I try to think of something clever, but that usually fails. For example, one of my storyboards is called "Big Circle", which is literally a big circle template.

I am reminded of my boys when they were young. They collected penguin stuffed animals and they always named them something practical like "Black & White", or "Penguin Little".

Naming my freebies is the most boring part of my designing, so I have decided to make it easier on myself and just start a series of simple storyboards and name them people's names, starting with "A". So today we have Angelique.

This Photoshop/PSE storyboard is 12 by 12 and can be printed or posted on the web. You add your images using the clipping mask.  I used a font called CarbonType for the text.

Check out all of my free storyboards on this page! And if you want to download the majority of them with one click, check out my CoffeeShop Mega Pack.

The images I used in this storyboard are from Gantas Vaičiulėnas.

CoffeeShop "Orange Lily" Photoshop/PSE Photo Templates for Print or Web!

Like many of you, I don't go by the calendar's first day of fall and instead assigned it to September the first. Sure, it is still hot here, but the rains have made it look fallish, even though I have to face it that everything stays green through November or December here.

But we have had some dark and gloomy days the last weeks after a long hot summer of drought, so I am celebrating by getting into a fall mood. Yay Fall!!!

With that, I have started creating fall designs. Today I have a Photoshop/PSE photo storyboard set to share with you. These boards are fully adjustable and you can change the background and frame colors and move the flowers or even turn them off. Add your images using the. easy-peasy clipping masks.

These are perfect for print or posting on the web.

Hope you are having a great first day of fall too! ;-)

CoffeeShop "Quilt Board 3" 12x12 Photoshop/PSE Photo Board!

Check out all of my free photo storyboards here!

I saw this really pretty floral quilt online and loved the shapes used to make it, so that inspired this new quilt storyboard template. This storyboard is 12 inches by 12 inches and a layered PSD file with clipping masks to be used in Photoshop/PSE.

Feel free to make the template bigger for print (do this before adding images) or smaller to post on social media.

Check out my other two quilt-inspired storyboards (Quilt 1, Quilt 2).

CoffeeShop "Honeycomb 19" Photo Template for Photoshop/PSE!

I love hexagonal and have put together several storyboards featuring them this year but I have been wanting to put together a large one like this for a while. This takes some time because I want everything to line up, and I am really happy with the final product.

This storyboard has 19 clipping masks and is large enough to print to hang on your wall or can be sized down for social media or your website.

I even included a little Coffeeshop Load Photos Photoshop/PSE action in the download. This action allows you to easily load these multi-image storyboards. To use it, click on the clipping mask where you wish to add your image and start the action. It will prompt you to pick an image to place on top. Once you click to select your image, resize it to fit and then press Return/Enter to accept the changes. Then click on the next empty clipping mask and repeat. It is easy to go back and resize/replace the images later so you can make final adjustments. If I had to load this one manually I would NEVER use.

One fun technique is to load all of your images and then flatten and run one of my actions on it so all of the images coordinate. I ran Sweet Cupid on this storyboard. You might have to mask out the white background so it won't be tinted along with the photos, but that is easy. Just turn off all of the action layers, select the white background with the magic wand (make sure none of your image gets selected), Ctrl(Cmd)-J to put the whites on their own layer, and drag it on top. Then turn all of the other layers back on.

B&W images used in this storyboard are from here.

CoffeeShop "Butterflies" Photo Storyboard Set!

Yesterday I was inspired to create a butterfly storyboard set. These photo templates are 12 inches by 12 inches, so can be printed or used on the web. They have clipping masks so it is easy to add your images using Photoshop or PSE. You can change the background and butterfly body color. And best of all, they are free and come with commercial terms-of-use!

Don't just use them with photos, you can also display your favorite papers in them! I used my chicken set on this storyboard below. This would make such a cute card or print for a kitchen.

The beautiful baby portraits above are of Jill Wellingtons' granddaughter (Etsy Shop, Facebook, Blog, YouTube Videos.
