It is actually cool today (in the 40's!) but it is supposed to be in the late 70's-early 80's on Christmas.
Gotta love Texas winters.
Luke is working with his dad today at the clinic and Isaac is about to go outside and start cutting out the bamboo that died last winter in our deep freeze. We have so much clumping bamboo back there, he will be able to make a million fishing poles if he wishes. It also makes great fire pit starter. Thankfully new bamboo is coming in, it provides a pretty green screen at the back of our property. But it is going to be a huge project to cut out the dead shoots.
This is a cold winter project where the boys doesn't have to worry so much about snakes, mosquitoes or deadly spiders.
Gotta love Texas wildlife. ;-)
This weekend it was cold and rainy and I decided to make a beautiful pastel wintery set of textures. Layer these over your images or use them alone in your designs. They all come with free terms of use and were made from public domain art pieces found here.
