CoffeeShop "Autumn Luxe" Photoshop/PSE Action!

We have been getting plastered by rain this weekend in Texas. Luckily our house is high and dry, but last night Imp noticed a giant paint bubble under one of our windows. Yes, a nice wall leak. Paul popped it and we put a bowl under it to catch the drips. I am just so happy Imp found it before it caused more damage and completely soaked the wood floors.

Our house has exterior cedar siding which has cooked under the hot dry sun all summer. We hadn't had any rain for months so the siding contracted and apparently our caulk didn't make it. So we have exterior siding repair/caulking and interior drywall repair in our near future. Luckily I married a drywall genius so the inside repairs are no problem, but I need hire a leak-detective to find out why our wall sprung a leak.

Always something going on in a house. But I am just so relieved that we are safe and dry. I hope everyone going through this storm is ok!

Luckily we haven't lost our power so I was able to work on the computer this weekend. I am so excited to release my newest Autumn-inspired action set called "Autumn Luxe". I have several other fall actions (Autumn Vintage, Autumn Pop, Soft Autumn Glow) but this is one of my favorites. It has six different fall edits and I think they are all gorgeous.

I used a beautiful images from Jill Wellington (Etsy Shop, Facebook, Blog, YouTube Videos, Pixabay) on this tutorial.

CoffeeShop "Autumn Luxe" Photoshop/PSE Action Tutorial:

This is the image from Jill. It is already gorgeous but I love to create new artistic versions.

Run "Autumn Luxe" on the image. The first pop-up will be a Curves layer that allows you to adjust the Matte-Effect on the Vintage Autumn edit.

Simply adjust the area circled above. Up lowers contrast, Down adds contrast, Right darkens shadows, Left lightens.

Press OK when you are finished adjusting the point.

This pop-up will come up once more for the Bold Autumn Color edit. Adjust as necessary.

When the action finishes you won't see any changes. You must turn on the layers of your favorite fall edit. You can also adjust the opacities or paint on the layer masks as necessary.
