Coffee With Morgan: Print Order Forms!

Once again Morgan comes to my rescue. See, it is my wedding anniversary weekend and my dear husband and I have a date night. These are quite rare because I hate dumping my kids on poor relatives/friends. However, we need an evening dining alone in a nice restaurant.

As I wrote that I started laughing thinking about what we have been doing lately to "get away".

We have this amazing huge front porch
that has a great view of the horse field across the road. A few months ago I dragged our little two-person table there so my husband and I could have dinner there in the evenings. About once a week I cover it with a white tablecloth and after the boys go to bed we grill steaks and grab a nice bottle of wine and enjoy dinner "out". We have some pretty landscape lighting, a great view, a nice breeze, and NO KIDS! It honestly feels like we are dining at a nice restaurant with a view yet we don't have to worry about a babysitter or a tip.

There is another reason I appreciate Morgan helping me out... Tonight is the season ending of "Lost". Yeah, I am addicted... ;-) Thank you so much Morgan! And thank you so much DVR!!! Without you both I would not be able to manage a romantic dinner out and a late-night viewing of "Lost".

There are so many ways to do print orders, this way helps me stay on top of things, since it includes a thumbnail of the image AND the file number. This is completely customizable. Change the font, color, sizes...everything, or change nothing. Download the form here

Meet Morgan! I am from a small town in southern Texas, but now live in central Texas, Fort Hood/Killeen area to be more specific. I am a stay-at-home mom and do photography in my spare time. I am married to a wonderful man that I was lucky enough to meet and be able to spend my life with. We have two beautiful children, Payton 4 years old & Amelia 1 year old. The thing I love the most about photography is that you can take an intangible moment in time and make it last forever. I don't have any formal training, I just learn from experimentation and research.

  4. Cindy I just put it in with my pictures and open as an image :)

To do that once it's downloaded and the folder is open just copy and paste it where you need it.

    You are all very welcome!

Rita enjoy your date night :)

  6. I love the image of you in the field with your husband, at a table and such. You should do it again, but take your camera and tripod and capture some pictures. Neat!!

    Happy Anniversary!

  9. then that is another thing we have in common, love of photography and LOST. I had the priviledge of working with Jorge Garcia during a flashback of his days at the mental ward. I was "one of the mental patient" extras. Good times!

  10. Do you use the print form instead of sharing a photo gallery or proof book etc?

  11. I use it once all images are proofed, either in-person or on-line and the order is submitted. I don't have a cart, and it saves lots of headaches for in person prooing, and I always have more orders added once my clients see their order form (this one). I send it to my client for final proofing before I submit the order to my print lab. My clients then see they may have forgotten one they wanted to order and add more. It also helps me with making sure the file number and image are correct, and I often add notes such as vertical or horizontal if they wanted the orientation changed.
