CoffeeShop ShadowHouse Storyboard!
I am sure you know by now that one of my favorite artists is Jerry from ShadowHouse Creations.
He is incredibly talented AND generous. If you haven't visited his blog to see his work and incredible free textures, patterns, and brushes you are missing out. Honestly, he has such a volume of amazing beautiful textures you might never have to look anywhere else.
I made this new storyboard with two of his free textures, Old Polaroid with Corners and 1000 Years BC. Thanks Jerry for inspiring me once again! I love your work.
I used the free font Impact label for the text on my sample.
This storyboard is 5x7, 300 dpi, so suitable for printing or web viewing. Open this storyboard card in any editing program that takes .psd layered files (like Photoshop Elements or Photoshop). Remember, this is an image file, not an action. :-)
It has clipping masks so you can easily insert your favorite photos, and you can add text to the small lower right box like I did if you wish. This would even be a great graduation card. :-)
Download the free CoffeeShop ShadowHouse Storyboard here!
If you need some tips on using clipping masks then check out my tutorial here.
Do you want to download thousands of professional CoffeeShop PSE/Photoshop actions (including exclusive ones not found anywhere for free), textures/overlays, scrapbooking papers, clip art/design elements, photo storyboards and frames, and Lightroom presets from this site in one convenient zipped file AND help support this one-woman blog?

ReplyDeleteAnd Jerry, I have two little kids so I am used to not sleeping. :-)But you post so much more than me, I really don't know how you do it.

ReplyDeleteThank you for all of your wonderful tutorials and freebies. I'm kind of new at making masks and such and I would like to make a similar storyboard/collage. I have downloaded from Jerry's site, the frame, but now am stumped on how to make it a mask to add my photo's. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks again!
I have clipping masks tutorials linked on my blog.
