Today I have a new Facebook cover/Website header to share with you! This one has "hand-painted" borders and you can change the color of both the borders and the background striped paper. You can also make the background a solid color or add any digital paper or texture.
I created the painted border effect by using a normal round brush in Photoshop and then going over it with Topaz Impressions painterly filter to make it look hand-painted.
I used some beautiful images from Jill Wellington (Etsy Shop, Facebook, Blog, YouTube Videos, Pixabay) in my example Facebook cover above.
