CoffeeShop Painting Textures!

Today I am sharing some paint textures I designed. These textures are perfect for those times you want to add a oil painting texture to your images. I designed them in black and white and I usually use them in overlay, soft light, hard light or multiply blending modes; but you can also add a color-fill or hue-saturation layer to add color if you want.

I am putting together a texture tutorial I am going to share, using these textures, my action, and also some design elements I made (and will post along with the tutorial).  I wanted to put together a little fantasy image tutorial, and the first part will cover adding the textures (the top "after" in the ad above).  The second part of the tutorial will show the steps to design a simple fantasy art piece using some design elements I made.

If fantasy is not your thing, I think you will still enjoy the first part of the tutorial.  But please read the second part also, it will provide some valuable editing tips!

Download the free CoffeeShop Painting Textures! You can also download them here.    THESE ARE NOT ACTIONS!  OPEN LIKE ANY OTHER IMAGE.

Do you want to download my favorite CoffeeShop Actions or Design Elements in one convenient zipped file AND help support this blog? Just click here for my action pack or here for a download of some of my most popular design elements, storyboards, and textures.
