Here is another CoffeeShop CutOuts set, free for download. There are two designs in this pack. I have a series of CutOuts with more on the way.
You can add color or texture/digital paper to the CutOut. Open the layered CutOut (.psd file), open your texture/digital paper and drag it on the CutOut, placing it just above the CutOut layer. Then group that layer with the CutOut layer. If you want to add color add a color fill layer and group it with the CutOut layer. You can also adjust the drop-shadow to taste.
