I am alive!

So you might have noticed that I haven't been here on my blog for a few months. I was working full-time at my husband's clinic and busy with the family so I had no spare time to spend here. I am now back to part-time at the clinic and homeschooling Isaac (Luke is in college), but I hope to get back posting my freebies, so keep an eye out for me here!

I didn't have much time to go on any adventures this summer, but here is a photo of us last night at an outdoor concert (CCR cover band) at a local winery. It has been so hot (one of the hottest summers on record) so we haven't been doing much outdoors. But a picnic with the family under the trees with ice-cold sparkling water and white wine listening to live music; it doesn't get much nicer than that!

  1. Welcome back Rita. I have been blogging since March 2009, some years more than others. I k ow how hard it is to get back into blogging, when away from it for a while. I commend you. I have a friend who needs to catch up blogging from New Year’s Day. He has photos, maps and notes. He just needs the time. I know he will catch up…sometime.

  2. This is wonderful news! I was indeed worried that something negative had happen to you, or one of your family. You don't owe me any explanation, but over the years I have come to really appreciate your gifts to us all. Thankful you are all alive and well.

  4. I am so happy to hear from you! I was hoping you were working rather than (mumbles about worrying it was something else not so good). I'm delighted that you're back & I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll post! I can't believe Luke is in college already. My nephews, who I still think of as around 10, turned 18 in July & where did the time go??
