Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I am taking Thanksgiving off, but I will post a special post tomorrow full of Black Friday specials from my sponsors so please come and visit after you have your turkey!
We might have to postpone our family feast tomorrow. Someone ran over a fire hydrant in our neighborhood yesterday, so we had no water for 24 hours. Then once the water was back up, we received a notice that it is contaminated (with what, they don't mention) due to the low water pressure and we can't drink/cook/or wash dishes with it without boiling it for two minutes, until further notice. ARGHHHHH!
Oh my, you should see the emails being sent by my neighbors. They are not very jovial. What horrible timing, with so many of us expecting guests Thanksgiving. There is no way I am cooking a feast for my family when I have to boil my water to wash dishes…
Thankfully we do have electricity (it is cold!), so it could be worse. :-)
