It is always this time of year that I happen to look at a recent photo of myself and realize that I look like a homeless wicked witch and it is time for my yearly hair cut. So today I went and had 5-6 inches chopped off. My hair is now layered, shoulder length, and has some body. When I got home NO ONE noticed. Not my husband or the two boys. I had to ask them if they noticed something different about me and they said "No?". That about sums up why I don't even bother primping most of the time...
I created these fun little digital paper lanterns in Photoshop using the shape tools and the warp in free transform. I had so much fun! These lanterns are undecorated layered psd files for Photoshop and PSE and are fully adjustable. You can add digital paper or a color fill layer to the lantern body and then customize the colors on everything else. These would look so adorable on websites/blogs, digital papers, cards, and Facebook covers.
As you can see in this screenshot, I grouped the texture to the lantern body and then adjusted the color fill layers on the other design elements (fringe, string, hook, etc.) to match it. You can also add a simple color fill layer to the lantern body to add color and no texture.
Once you finish editing them, save them as pngs so you will have a transparent background.
