CoffeeShop Texture Pack 3 - Floral Grunge!

Here is the free CoffeeShop Texture Pack 3 - Floral Grunge. I used the CoffeeShop Grunge Frame and also some of the free patterns/textures from Pixels and Ice Cream (please check this site out, it is outstanding!). These are all high resolution .jpgs. They are so easy to add to your images. Just open the image you wish to apply the texture to in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, then open your texture (this is an image file, not an action file, so just open it in your photo-editing program) and drag it on top of your image. Adjust the blending mode and opacity of that layer to taste. Check out my tutorial link on the top menu bar, I have several great tutorials about using textures!

Do you want to download my favorite CoffeeShop PSE/Photoshop Actions and Lightroom Presets or Design Elements in one convenient zipped file AND help support this blog? Just click here for my action pack or here for a download of some of my most popular design elements, storyboards, and textures.

  5. hi Rita- question for you... I checked out Pixels and Ice Cream. Great stuff!! I have never uploaded a pattern or brush. Is it the same as uploading an action? Do they work in PSE? Do either you or Erin have a tut on using them??

I guess that is way more then one question :). Thanks for your help

  6. Lori, great question! No tutorial yet, but I will do one, that is a great idea.

In Photoshop Elements and CS (I believe) you just go to Edit,Preset Manager, and select either brush or pattern from the pull down menu, go to Load, and find your unzipped brushes .abr and patterns .pat files where you downloaded them, and load them up!
