I love creating digital papers and if you want to learn how to create your own, read all about creating seamless patterns here. I find most of my clip art at Clker. I always use public domain designs so that you can use all of my free downloads personally or commercially. I personally don't like complicated terms of use so I make it easy on you guys. Just don't resale the freebies here "as is" because I want to keep them free. :-)
