CoffeeShop "Blue Cashmere Matte" Photoshop/PSE Action

Now, on to my newest freebie!!!  Today I am posting a new action called "Blue Cashmere Matte". This is a really pretty hazy action that looks gorgeous on portraits or still life and is completely adjustable.

Run the action on your image and then adjust the layer opacities and paint on the layer masks to taste.  I made no adjustments on this image after running the action.
