Today I am posting a free Facebook cover/blog header that is Fall-inspired. I found the leaves graphic at The Graphic Fairy. This is a simple png file that can be opened in most editing programs. Simply open the cover and your image and slide your image under the picture frame cutouts and size them to fit.
