I have to start off this post pointing out the coffee-crusted steak recipe over at KevinandAmanda. I am a Texan so I have to confess I love a nice rare steak. But adding a coffee-crust??? Oh, that test photos thing is a great idea - I hate finding out the wrong way that a particular lab processes darker/lighter/whatever than my monitor (and while a good portion of it is monitor calibration, the printing itself varies a lot, at least with the local places I've used!).
(And the giveaway is a nice bonus, too ;-))
